摘要
采用均匀设计方法设计了实验点,用复合型优化方法回归出了复杂体系中冠醚(二环已基18冠6)萃取锶的分配比经验模型。对冠醚-正辛醇萃取不同稀释倍数的模拟高放废液中锶的分配比的实验结果与模型计算值进行了比较。结果表明,给出的锶分配比的经验模型的相对偏差在±10%以内,平均相对偏差为4.3%。模型可用于萃取流程设计与计算。
An experiential distrbution ratio mdel for strontium extraction by dicyclohexano-18-crown-6-n-octanol from simulated high-level waste is establised.The experimental points forthe model are designed by experimental homogeneous-design method.The regression of distribu-tion ratio model of strontium is carried out by the complex-optimization method. The model isverified with experimental distribution ratio data in different extraction conditions.The resultsshow that the relative deviations are within ±10%and the mean relative divination is 4.4%be-tween the calculated data and the experimental ones.The experiential model together with an it-eration program can be used for the strontium extraction process calculation,
