摘要
介绍了制备１２５Ｉ－ω－对碘苯代酸所采用的１２５Ｉ直接标记ω－苯代十五酸和交换标记ω－对碘苯代十五酸的两种方法，比较了其不同的放化产率、分离方法和化学纯度，为医院在短时间内直接进行标记作了有益的尝试。
Two methods for preparing 15-(p-125I iodophenyl)-pentadecanoic acid werecompared. Within one hour IPPA can be easily labelled with 125I by theiodine-isotope exchange. In contrast to the direct labelling method of PPA, thismethod gives a 70% radio-chemical yield and the product with high purity.
