以镍或铂等高功函数金属网为电离材料制成了间接加热式球形表面电离器,用于溅射型负离子源中.正铯离子流达到mA级,被溅射的负离子流(如P-)分析后可达50—60μA。透气的电离表面增加了铯蒸汽的流量,避免了流动缓慢区的形成,并减少了污染.
Wire gauze of nickel or platinum,with high work function has been used as a positive surface ionization material to make an indirect-heating spherical ionizer in SNICS.The positive cesium current has reached mA range and the sputtered negative ion current,such as p-,reached 50-60μA.A ventilated ionization surface can increase the cesium flux,avoid the formation of stagnant region and reduce the pollution.
