摘要
研究聚变α粒子对第一壁材料辐照损伤随时间的发展与变化。用基于时间序列两体碰撞近似的计算机模拟程序(MARLOWE-13)研究数十keVα粒子对无定形铁材料的辐照损伤。计算了α粒子辐照引起的材料中空位和能量沉积分布及α粒子本身的沉积随时间的演化,还对用时间序列和速度序列两类级联碰撞模拟方法计算的结果作了比较。
In this article studied was the temporal development of radiation damage in the first wall by fusion α-particles. By means of computer simulation program MARLOWE-13 with the time-ordered binary approximation, the radiation damage in amorphous iron materials caused by fusion α-particles with energies in the order of ten's keV has been investigated. The time evolution of the distributions of vacancies, energy deposition and stopped α-particles in the materials have been calculated. The results based on the time-ordered and velocity-ordered collision cascade simulations has also been compared.
