摘要
用Pretinning法进行99mTc标记抗人铁蛋白单抗A-hF-C及其F(ah’)。,标记率达90%以上,抗体活性保持良好。标记抗体在荷人肝癌裸鼠活体内分布表明,完整抗体的放射活性分布主要在肾、肝脏和血液;片段则主要在肾、肝和脾脏。抗体较好地依聚于HePG。肿瘤,定位指数LI大于z.5。用改良Iodogen法进行”‘I标记,完整抗体以血液中放射活性最高,片段则以肾脏最高。标记抗体定位于HepG。肿瘤;LI达3.5。
This study reported that anti-ferritin McAb A-hF-C and its F(ab′)2 were lablelled with 99mTc by Pretinning′s method. Labelling rate was over 90%.McAb′s immunoactivity well preserved. Intact McAb was mainly distributed at kidney,liver and blood, while F(ab′)2 to kidney, liver and spleen. McAb well accumulated in HepG2 tumor, LI was over 2.5.The A-hF-C was labelled with 125I by Iodogen′s method.Intact McAb had the highest radioactivity in blood,F(ab′)2 in kidney.The labelled McAb localized at HepG2 tumor,LI reached to 3.5.
