摘要
用同步辐射微束X射线荧光技术对顺铂处理后的小鼠肝切片中元素的分布进行了测定。结果表明,在顺铂处理后的小鼠肝切片的荧光谱中有明显的Pt峰,并可获得Pt的位置分布,在用于对照的样品中则未能测到.在顺铂处理的样品中的不同扫描点上,铁、锌和铜都与铂有强的正相关。元素P对S也有强的正相关。通过聚类分析表明,P和S为一类,而Pt、Zn、Cu和Fe为另一大类。作为对照,用复旦大学质子扫描显微镜测量同一个样品,讨论了两种探针对分析生物样品的可能性及局限性。
The distribution of some trace elements in the liver slices of mice were determined by Micro-SPXRF and SPM.In this paper presented are the correlations of the measured trace elements (P,S,Cl,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn and Pt)at different points,and the hierarchical cluster analysis for them. The results show that P has a strong positive correlation with S,and Pt has strong positive correlations with Cu,Zn and Fe.The related elements can be classified into two main clusters,one containing P and S,and the other including Pt,Cu,Zn and Fe.The possibilities and limitations of the two probes for the analysis of biological samples are discussed.
