合成了苯酰胺类多巴胺Ｄ２受体显像剂Ｉ－ＩＢＺＭ的前体ＢＺＭ及非放射性ＩＢＺＭ，用氯胺－Ｔ法标记及用ＴＬＣ同时将游离碘、反应前体ＢＺＭ与产品Ｉ－ＩＢＺＭ分离，产品放化纯度＞９０％．（Ｓ）－（－）－１２５Ｉ－ＩＢＺＭ能与鼠脑纹状体膜受体制剂特异结合。

This report describes the routine method for preparing BZM and IBZM.I-IBZM was prepared by the chloramine-T method and was purified by TLC.The radiochemical purity was better than 90%.(S)-(-)-125I-IBZM can specific bound with rat striatal homogenate in vitro.
