摘要
用穆斯堡尔港学对奥贝球铁在拉伸应变和循环疲劳应变中残余奥氏体含量与结构变化进行了研究.研究表明:在这两种应变下残余奥氏体含量随拉伸应变量或循环应变幅的增加而减少,同时残余奥氏体的结构可以分解成Fe原子周围无碳原子存在和Fe原子周围有碳原子存在两种结构.后一种是与残余奥氏体结构Fe的面心立方结构间隙中有碳原子进入的情况相对应.这两种结构在残余奥氏体中的百分比与拉伸应变量或循环应变辐以及热处理工艺有关.
By using the Mossbauer spectre,the chang6 of cobment and structure of the retained austenite have been studied for A-B ductile iron under the tensile strain and recycle fatigue Btrain.It is shown that content of the retained austenite decreases with increasing strain and the micro-structure of the reclined austenite can be resolved intO two kinds of strictMe:one with and the other without C atoms arotmd Fe atoms.The existential carbon atoms eDter the interstices of the Fe fee sbocfore.The r.elative percentage of the two kinds of sboctnye depends on the strain and treshoellt Process.
