摘要
采用多级临界安全混合澄清槽,进行了高加浓铀连续逆流萃取二循环(铀净化循环)槽运行的实验研究,得到了各级铀酸分布曲线,与试管串级的实验结果相符合。测定了界面高度与接触相比。运行过程中,液面高度小于临界安全限定值。铀的回收率>99.9%,2D槽萃取段的级效率>90%。
The process of second high enriched uranium cycle(uranium purification)with critically safemultistage mixer-settler is experimentally studied.The experimental values of U, HNO3 profilesin extraction cascade are also obtained.These results agree with those of test tube experimentswell. During the experiment,the total level surface of two phases and contact phase ratio havebeen measured. The total level surface is lower than the critical safe limit. The recovery ratio ofUis greater than 99. 9%k and stage efficiency of extraction section of the 2D mixer-settler is >90%.
