摘要
介绍了一种用于测量流体速度与流量的新型测试技术-梯度相关法。通过对非接触式流体测量模型的进一步探讨,提出了新的传感器设置与信号处理方法,使得利用相关法直接测量流体的平均流速成为可能。气-固两相流的实验结果证明了上述理论与实际相符。
The tranist time correlation method is sensitive both to flow profile and to turbulence, lead-ing to unavoidable uncertainties in application. This paper presents a new correclation gradientmethod, which outlines a theory of non-intrusive meaturement of particle speed and mass flowrate in two-phase flow. The theory shows that the time derivative of the signal cross-correla-tration of the solid phase.Furthermore,the derived model leads to an overlaped sensor arrange-ment and signal processing scheme, which makes it possible to measure the true mean velocities.Experiment result in pneumatic conveyors by capacitive sensor has proved the good agreement be-tween theory and practice.
