摘要
本试验采用60Coγ射线263Gy辐照玉米单交种沈单7号和地方品种云阳黄马牙。结果表明,单交种比地方品种的辐射敏感性强;在低世代,地方品种的性状系间变异占总变异的比例一般比单交种大,而在较高世代则相反;单交种M2的全部8个性状:与M1无关,而地方品种在株高、穗位高两性状上表现相关;单交种诱变后代性状值减小速率快,亲子性状容易稳定,而地方品种诱变后代性状值减小速度慢,亲子性状稳定世代晚。
The single hybrid Shendan 7 and local variety Yunyang Huangmaya were used as the ma-terials of the experiment.Their seeds were irradiated by 60Co-γ ray with the dose of 263 Gy.The results showed that single hybrid was more sensitive to 60Co-γ ray irradiation than localvariety.As compared with single hybrid,local variety had a higher rate of among-ear-systemvariation in early mutation gencration and lower rate in later mutation generation,The M1and M2 of single kybrld did not correlate among all elght characters,whereas the Ml and M2of local variety did in plant helght and ear positlon height.Furthermore,the character ofsingle hybrid was more stable and the decreasing rate was larger than those of local variety insuccessive generations.
