摘要
将核素 ̄(90)Sr分1次和5次饲喂京白蛋鸡,1.85×104Bq/只,从第10d起分批宰杀取样,测定羽毛、血液、肌肉、骨骼和内脏等的放射性。结果表明,蛋鸡对 ̄(90)Sr的吸收较少,只有少量的 ̄(90)Sr滞留在体内,大部分 ̄(90)Sr随粪尿和产蛋排出体外。两种污染方法对 ̄(90)Sr在蛋鸡体内积累有一定影响,但不影响 ̄(90)Sr在各组织中的分布规律。各组织对 ̄(90)Sr吸收能力的顺序是:骨骼>羽毛>肌肉>血液>内脏。
Beijing- white layers were fed with 90Sr of 1.85 X 104 Bq/chicken with two methods.Thechicken were sampled after raising 10 to 50 days,and separated into feather,blood,muscle,bone and viscera for measuring the radioactivity.The results showed that the absorption of90Sr for layer was low.The most of90Sr was transfered away from the body with the daily ex-creta and eggs. The differences were found with the two contamination methods in the amountof90Sr accumulation in the body, but making no difference on the pattern of distribution or90Sr in the organs and tissues.The absorption capability were decreased in the order of bone,feathe.muscle.blood and viscera。
