氟银猪皮^（60）Co辐照灭菌的研究

THE STUDY ON STERILIZATION OF SILVER ACIDUM PIPEMEDICUM SKIN BY (60)￣CO γ-RAY

辐照氟银猪皮，采用白色健康仔猪活杀制成０．４～０，８ｍｍ断层皮片，经氟哌酸、硝酸银等药物处理，用铝箔复膜袋包装，再经（６０）￣Ｃｏ辐照，剂量为２５ｋＧｙ，其灭菌效果可靠，具有良好的抑菌作用，对猪皮弹性、粘合刀、透水性、猪皮组织无不良影响，使用方便，深受烧伤病人和医护人员欢迎，具有良好经济和社会效益。

The irradiated silver acidum pipemedicum skin(RSAPS)was made of 0.4～0.8mm lam-inal skin from healthy white pig,which was infiltrated in norfloxacin and silver nitrate,packed with the fllm bag o :aluminium foil and irradiated by (60)￣Co -ray for steril RSAPS was very effectivein sterilization and hadno negative effect on elasticity, adhesion,water permeability,andstructure of pig skin. Therefore,it is highly appreciated by the patients and medical person-nel for its convenlent usage and good social and economlc beneficlal results.
