钙敏荧光试剂Fluo－2的合成

Synhesis of Fluorescent Indicatior for Cytosolic Calcium──Fluo-2

Ｆｌｕｏ－２是一种具有大共轭体系的新型荧光试剂，由于吨酮基的引人，其Ｅｘ，Ｅｍ值分别为４９３ｎｍ及５１８ｎｍ，可用于普通荧光光度计进行［Ｃａ￣（２＋）］＿ｉ测定。本文报道了它的全合成，特别是采用在活泼的苯环上引人溴原子，与锂交换后再与吨酮缩合形成碳一碳键的方法。

Fluo-2 is a new fluorescent indicator with high conjugated system. Because of the xanthenegroup,its Ex is in 493nm,Em in 518nm,and it can be used for measuring [Ca￣(2+)]with ordinary fluores-cence instrurnents. This paper has reported its synthesis,especially the metallation of bromine atom in ac-tive benzene ring by lithium and the condensation with xanthone to form the carbon一carbon bond.
