摘要
采用无机填料制备电镀级聚丙烯树脂,通过对填料的颗粒形状、粒径大小、分布及填料量进行合理调控,使改性后的聚丙烯树脂具有可电镀性,镀层外观平坦光亮,剥离强度符合GB 5933标准第2.6款。
Inorganic fillers are used to make PP resins of electroplating grade . By reasonable control of the particle shape , sizes and its distribution , as well as the amount of filler , it is possible to make the modified PP resins electroplatable , the outlook of the plated layer smooth and bright , while its peeling strength meets the 2. 6 article of GB 5933 standard.
