摘要
应用毛细管流变仪,考察了挤出条件下LLDPE/LDPE共混物熔体的流动性及其影响因素。结果表明,末端压力损失随着LLDPE质量百分含量(?)_LL的增加而有所增大;熔体的剪切流动基本上服从指数律,其非牛顿性随着(?)_LL的改变而发生波动;熔体剪切粘度η_w与组成的关系大致上符合对数混合法则;η_w与温度的关系可由Arrhenius方程描述。
The flow properties of linear low density and low density polyethylene blend (LLDPE/LDPE) under the extrusion conditions were investigated with capillary rheometry . The results showed that the end pressure losses increased with a rise of the quality percentage φLL of LLDPE ; the shear flow of the sample melts basically obeyed the index law,and the non - Newtonian performance fluctuated with changing φLL ; the relationship between the melt shear viscosity η w and the composition approximately- accorded with the logarithmic mixing law ; the dependence of η w on temperaure could be described by the Arrhenius equation
