摘要
制备了马来酸酐接枝PP作为PA6/PP合金的相容剂,研究了相容剂对PA6/PP合金结构与性能的影响,以及原料和工艺对合金性能的影响。研究结果表明:相容剂大大改善了合金的形态结构,增加了PA6与PP的相容性,在满足增韧的条件下,刚性PP粒子达到增韧目的,制得冲击性能优良的PA6/PP合金。
Maleic anhydride -g -polypropylene (MAH-g-PP) and polyamide -6/MAH -g-PP/PP blends have been prepared. The effects of MAH -g-PP as compatibilizer on morphological texture and properties of the blends have been studied. The results showed that MAH-g- PP modified the morpological texture of the blends. After meeting the conditions of toughening. nonelastomer PP improved impact strength of the blends.
