The new continuous drying device for nylon chips adopting non-hydrogen deoxygenator, no hydrogen is needed to add in nitrogen, therefore the high accuracy H2 and O2 automatic trace detection with precision measurements of gas flow as well as many regulating and controlling instruments can be wholely eliminated. The new device not only simplifies the operation but also produces nylon chips to meet the quality requirements of high speed spinning, besides, which can be manufactured in home based on domestic technique. A brief introduction is made about the drying technology and equipments.
