本文从试纺0.55dtex聚丙烯超细纤维出发,论述了用Plantex公司聚丙烯短程纺设备纺制聚丙烯超细短纤与普通短纤的不同之处,对影响纺丝成形及成品指标的重点工艺进行了探讨,为今后批量生产聚丙烯超细短纤维打下了坚实的基础.
On the basis of trial production of 0. 55dtex PP microfiber by the Plantex Co.' s PP compact spinning system, author describes the difference in production of PP normal staple fiber and microfiber. Discussion is made on the key technology which effects spinning-formation process and products production of PP microfiber in the future.
