本文介绍了苏州光明丝织厂使用纺丝组件加热器及特殊设计的喷丝板,通过对干燥、纺丝拉伸一步法工艺的探索试验,工业化生产单丝纤度为0.5dtex的超细旦涤纶长丝的经验.
In this paper, author introduces the spinning pack heater and special designed spinneretle they have used and the experiences in the commercial production of ultrafine polyester filaments with dpf of 0. 5 through the experiments on the one-step Spin-draw technology and drying techniques.
