用仿TCS工艺开发涤纶全取向丝的设备特征和生产技术研究

THE EQUIPMENT AND TECHNIQUE IN PRODUCTION OF POLYESTER FOY BY THE TCS TECHNOLOGY

通过增加特制的加热设备,在国产POY纺丝机上成功地开发了仿TCS工艺和涤纶全取向丝(FOY)。全文论述了仿TCS工艺的设备特征和一些技术问题,简化了工艺流程和设备。

By the addition of special-made heating device,the polyester FOY is successfully produced on the domestic POY spinning machine with the new TCS technology. in this paper the features of the equipments and some technical problems of the new simplified TCS technology are illustrated
