化学纤维的竞争力分析及前景

ANALYSIS AND PKOSPECT FOR THE COMPETITIVENESS OFCHEMICAL FIBER

对化学纤维的竞争力进行了定性分析和前景预测。化学纤维的竞争力与其性能成正比，与资源消耗成反比。天然纤维和化学纤维在性能和资源上各有优势，竞争力相当。在化学纤维中，涤纶性能优良、资源消耗量较低，竞争力最强，腈纶次之，腈纶、丙纶和粘胶纤维在性能和资源上优劣各半，并列第三。今后，世界资源日趋紧张，再生纤维系纤维和丙纶的竞争力将逐步提高。

The competitiveness of chemical fiber(C. C.F)was analysed qualitatively and its prospect was predicted.TheC. C. F is directly proportional to its properties and inversely proportional to resource consumption. Eithernatural fiber or chem-fiber has advantages respectively on the property and resource,their competitiveness isequivalent.Among chem-fibers,Polyester fiber has better properties,and Lower resource consumption,therefore,it has the best competitiveness. Nylon stands next to it.Both acrylic fiber,polapropylene fiberand viscose fiber have half advantages and half disadvantages in the aspects of property and resource,so theyare in the third rank.With the world resource decling day after day,the competitiveness of regenerated cellu-lose fiber and polypropylene fiber will enhance regularly.
