摘要
对影响丝条网络的压缩空气压力、喷嘴安装角度和丝速三个因素进行了研究。压缩空气压力和丝速是影响丝条网络的主要因素。压缩空气压力一般应控制在0.35~0.40MPa,拉伸丝速控制在700~900m/min,喷嘴安装角度在55°~65°,可以得到质量较好的牵伸网络丝。
Main influence factors on interlaced yarn,such as pressure of compressed air,setting angle and yarn speedare discussed.It is found that the best setting angle of interming jet is 55°~65°,the pressure of compressedair should be controled 0.35~0.40MPa and the drawing speed 700~900m/min.Among them,the pressureof compressed air and the yarn speed are the main factors to affect the interlaced yarn.
