多孔细旦涤纶POY试制技术探讨

DISCUSSION ON PRODUCTION OF MULTI-HOLE PET POY FINE DENIER FILAMENT

介绍了涤纶多孔细旦丝生产技术。在普通型高速纺生产设备上，采用优良的ＰＥＴ切片和较低的干切片含水率，将纺丝温度提高５～７℃，适当降低纺速，采用较短的纺丝甬道并缩短喷油嘴与喷丝板间的距离，选用合适的喷丝孔孔径和丝束上油量，生产的涤纶多孔细旦丝是理想的薄型仿真丝、仿毛化纤原料。

The production process of multi-hole PET POY fine denier filament is introduced in this paper. By means ofgood quality PET chips and appropriate process that included lower moisture content of dried chips,increas-ing spinning temperature about 5～7℃,reducing spinning speed a little,using a shorter spinning duct,mak-ing the oiling device close to spinneret,selecting proper spinning hole size and oil pick up etc.,the ideal mul-ti-hole PET POY fine denier filament could be obtained on the conventional high speed spinning machine.The product is suitable raw material for silk-like and wool-like fabrics.
