摘要
探讨了以NaSCN为溶剂生产腈纶过程中设备存在的溶解氧腐蚀,以及钝化膜的缺陷和Cl ̄-的侵入而造成的点蚀和稀NaSCN存在条件下升温所发生的点蚀与缝蚀。阐述了各种腐蚀发生的机理和处理办法,对各腈纶生产装置均有一定的参考价值。
In this paper , some corrosions are discussed which existing in device of PAN fiber whose solvent is NaSCN,such as the corrosion of dissolved oxygen,spot corroding caused by defect of passivated film and invading ofCl ̄-,spot corroding and seam corroding caused when raising temperature in the condition of weak NaSCN ex-isting.Meanwhile,the corrosion mechanism and setting methods of different corrosions are elaborated,which have some referential value for different PAN fiber producing devices.
