我国化纤工业跻身国际市场的目标抉择

THE TARGET CHOICE FOR CHINESE CHEMICAL FIBER INDUSTRY’S JOINING INTERNATIONAL MARKET

对我国化纤工业与国际先进水平的差距进行了分析和研究，并将差距归纳为硬技术和软技术两个方面。目前我国工业基础业已奠定，今后化纤工业发展的主要矛盾将从硬技术向软技术转化。为赶上世界先进水平，我国必须以化纤产品和技术参与国际竞争，在竞争中提高化纤工业整体素质。本文，对我国化纤工业跻身国际市场的必要性和可能性进行了论证，并提出了措施。

The difference between Chinese chemical fiber industry and international advanced level is analysed and re-serched.The difference can be surnmed up as hard and soft technology.The base of Chinese industry has beenestablished at present,the main contradiction for developing chemical fiber industry will be the transformingof soft technology from hard technology in the days to come.In order to catch up with the world advancedlevel,we must let our chemical fibers and technology take part in the international competition so as to im- prove the whole quality of our country’s chemical fiber industry.Therefore,the necessity and possibility ofour country’s chemical fiber industry’s joining the international market are dernonstrated and the measuresare put forward.
