摘要
通过对圆形丝道12种网络器的研究,阐述了网络器丝道与气道的截面积及其比值与喂入率、空气压力及网络度之间的关系。提出了网络器的特性曲线及控制网络度的方法。通过该曲线可选择和确定网络器的尺寸参数,对确定的网络器可选择和确定工艺参数。
hrough the study on the twelve kinds of the nozzle with round yarn channel,the relationships between theinterlacing degree and the area of the yarn and air inlet channel section and the ratio of above two areas,aswell as the feed ratio and the inlet pressure have been indicated.Meanwhile,the characteristic curves of thenozzle and the method controling the interlacing degree were put forward,and according to the curves,the sizeparameter of the nozzle may be chosen and defined,to certain nozzle,the technological parameters can be cho-sen and fixed.
