摘要
讨论了聚酯熔体的过滤系数、分子量及其分布、凝胶、高结晶聚合物、二甘醇、催化剂、二氧化钛等的含量，以及聚酯切片粉屑对超细纤维纺丝的影响和提高聚酯可纺性的对策。提出为适应超细纤维和超高速纺丝的高喷丝头拉伸倍率的需要，必须选择更加纯净和均匀的聚酯原料才能生产出高质量的超细纤维。
The following aspects are discussed:filter factor of polyester melt,molecular weight and its distribution,co-agel,high crystal polymer,DEG,TiO_2 and catalyst content,influence of polyester chips powder on superfinefilament spinning,the counter measures of improving the spinnability.It is pointed out that to meet the needsof superf1ne filamentond high jet draw ratio of superspeed spinning,more pure,uniform polyester materialmust be chosen to produce high quality superfine filament.
