摘要
对锦涤复合超细纤维在不同纺速、配比、拉伸比、侧吹风条件和集束点位置时的工艺条件与性能的关系进行了试验。结果表明:纺速超过3200m/min时,对纤维的密度(结晶度)有明显的影响;复合比对沸水收缩率的影响不大;侧吹风风速和集束位置对纤维质量有较大影响,有一最佳值;复合拉伸丝的结晶度随着拉伸比的提高而提高。
The relationships between the process conditiOn and the property of PA6/PET composite microfilament atdifferent spinning speed,partition ratio,draw ratio,cross blowing condition and tow collecting position are de-scribed.The results show that the spinning speed exceeding 3200m/min obviously affects the crystallinity offiber,the partition ratio has no obvious influence on boiling shrinkage of fiber,the fiber quality is considerablyaffected by the cross blowing speed and the tow collecting position and there is an optimum value,the crys-tallinity of draw yarn increases with the increasing of the draw ratio.
