摘要
测定了乙酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸丁酯(VAc/BA)为70/30(质量比)、过硫酸钾为引发剂、十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂、碳酸氢钠为pH值调节剂的聚合反应体系在60℃反应温度下的竞聚率,r_(HA)=4.77±0.3,r_(VAc)=0.105±0.005。研究了反应温度、引发剂浓度、单体配比对共聚物组成的影响,分析了共聚物组成随转化率的变化规律。
The reactivity ratio of vinyl acetate (VAc)-butyl acrylate (BA) was determined at 60C, with potassium persulfate as initiator, sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifier and sodium bicarbonate as pH regulator. When the monomer mass ratio of VAc :BA was 70:30, the reactivity ratios were BA=4.77±0.3, VAc=0.105±0.005. The effects of reaction temperature, initiator concentra-tion and monomer ratio on copolymer composition were studied, the law of copolymer composition changing with monomer conversion was discussed.
