摘要
研究了SBR/PP共混物的结晶行为、拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度及屈服强度。当SBR/PP(质量比)为10/90时,常温(25℃)下的缺口冲击强度最大,约为8KJ/m2,拉伸强度为田28.5MPa,屈服强度为31.4MPa;此时SBR具有最大非均相成核能力,并使PP具有63.6%的总结晶度和13.2%的β-晶型结晶度。
The crystallization behavior and the mechanical properties of the SBR/PP blends were studied.It was found that the blends showed the maximum notched impact strength of about 8 KJ/m2 when the mass ratio of SBR/PP was 10/90,and the tensile strength was 28.5 MPa,the yield strength was 31.4 MPa.SBR had the maximum hetergeneous nucleating ability,and PP had the total degree of crystallinity of 63.6% and the β-form degree crystallinity of 13.2%.
