本文分析了石家庄、邢台平原地区地裂缝的现状、特征及形成条件，认为地下水和地表水活动是地裂缝形成的主要诱显因素。

This paper analoges the present situation,the features and the forming condition of the geofractures in the plain region of Shijinzhuang and Xingtai, conifering that the surface water is the main induced factor of the accurence of the geofractures.
