摘要
本文介绍了采用Re、Al复合变质剂对含硼高铬铸铁变质处理的试验研究.试验结果表明:采用Re和Al合理搭配,并加入适当的量对含硼高铬铸铁进行变质处理后,其铸态组织中碳化物的分布和形貌明显改善,材料的综合性能得到显著提高.
Investigation has been made on the modification treatment of high chromium cast iron containing boron by Re and Al complex modifying agent. It is shown that the distribution and morphology of carbide in the cast iron have been improved and so the comprehensive mechanical properties of the cast iron have been increased greatly by adding a complex modifying agent which contains Re and A1 in proper ratio.
