对Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）、Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）在特殊条件下对Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２分解的负催化作用进行了研究。认为Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）、Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）的水解、聚合是产生负催化作用的原因。

The negtive-catalysis of Fe(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅲ)on the decomposition of H_2O_2 in certain conditions reported in the literatures in explained in thepaper. The author considers that the reason of generating the negtive-catalysisis the hydrolysis and polymerization of Fe(Ⅲ)、 Cr(Ⅲ).
