摘要
采用新型分子筛作催化脱水剂合成β-脲乙基巴豆酸酯。用不同型号的分子筛试验,确定了HZSM-5型分子筛作为催化脱水剂,用量应不小于其理论吸水量。使用HZSM-5型分子筛后,缩短生产周期约10天,避免了设备腐蚀。
Ureido-ethyl crotonate is synthesized using a new molecularsieve as catalytic dehydrant. Various types of molecular sieve are used experimentally , HZSM-5 is determined as catalytic dehydrant, its demand must benot less than its theoretical soakage.After HZSM-5 is used, production periodis curtailed about 10 days, corrosion of equipment is avoided.
