摘要
探讨了用高锰酸钾作氧化剂制备可膨胀石墨时,高锰酸钾的浓度、浓硫酸和石墨的重量比、硫酸的浓度、反应温度、反应时间对可膨胀石墨膨胀容积的影响。其最佳参数:高锰酸钾的浓度为6%;浓硫酸和石墨的重量比为3:1;硫酸浓度为98%,反应温度为55℃;反应时间为20min。
Effect of some factors,in prepardtion of expansible graphiteusing potassium permanganate as oxidant, such as concentration of potassiumpermanganate,weight ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid/graphite,concentrationof sulfuric acid, reaction temperature, reaction period,on the capacity of theexpansible graphite,is discussed.Optimum factors are that concentration of potassium permanganate is 6%:weight ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid/graphite,3:1;concentration of sulfuric acid,98%;reaction temperature,55℃; reaction period,20 min.
