摘要
用次氯酸钠作氧化剂,氧化D-葡萄糖制备葡萄糖酸,方法简单,成本低廉,转化率高。研究了pH值、温度和次氯酸钠浓度对反应的影响。制定了适宜的工艺条件:葡萄糖浓度约为100g/l,次氯酸钠浓度为20g/l有效氯,温度为60℃或次氯酸钠浓度为10g/l有效氯,温度为80℃。
Making gluconic acid from D-glucose by using sodium hypochlorite as oxidant is a simple process with low cost and high conversion.Effect ofpH,temperature, concentration of sodium hypochlorite on the reaction is studied.Suitable process conditions are determined that concentration of glucose is about 100 g/l;concentration of sodium hypochlorite,20g/l;reaction temperature,60℃; or,concentration of sodium hypochlorite,10 g/l; reaction temperature,80℃.
