摘要
由邻二氯苯经硝化合成3,4-二氯硝基苯是氟氯苯胺制备的第一步,也是关键性工艺。介绍了该工艺中混酸硝化剂及其组成和温度、搅拌、加料方式等对硝化反应的影响。结果表明,混酸组成、反应温度、搅拌速度都有一最佳值,在此条件下,可获得较高的产物收率。
Synthesing 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene from o-dichlorobenzenewith nitrating method is the first process and also one of important technology in manufaturing fluorochloroaniline. The effects of mixed acid nitratinyagent and its constitute,temperature, stirring and the feed-style of materialsetc.on the nitrating reaction has been introduced in this paper. The resultsshow that the technology has an oplimum value about mixed acid constitute,reaction temperature and churning speed. Under these conditions the producthas better yield.
