高级轿车润滑脂的研制与应用

Preparation of A Complex Lithium Grease and lts Application to High-quality Car

以十二羟基硬脂酸、有机二元酸、锂盐及精制矿物油等为原料，采用一步法制成复合锂基润滑脂。应用试验表明，该脂可代替进口润滑脂用于高级轿车轮毂轴承及其它磨擦部位。

A complex lithium grease was prepared from dodeca hydroxylstearic acid,organic dibasic acid,lithium salt and refined mineral oil usingone-step process.Applied experiments were carried out,results indicated thatthe grease can be substituted for imported grease to be applied to wheel-bearingand other wear portions of high-quality car.
