摘要
通过完全双列杂交设计,利用杂种优势距离对10个常用玉米自交系进行了聚类分析。结果表明,10个自交系可划分为以下几个类群,即{478,5003,8112}类群;{E28,中黄64}类群;{M017,81515,抗旱大粒黄}类群和{53,综31}类群。最强的杂种优势模式在{53,综31}类与{E28,中黄64}类之间,其次在{478,5003,8112}类与{53,综31}类以及与{E28,中黄64}之间。而{M017,81515、抗旱大粒黄}类与{E28,中黄64}类以及与{478,5003,8112}类间优势最弱。
Aggragate analysis of 10 common corn inbred lines was made by using heterosis distance from a 10 ×10 Griffing IV complete diallel cross design. According to the results,the 10 inbred lines can be divided into four groups, including group(478.5003. 8112),group(E28,Zhonghuang 64 ),group(M.17, 81515, Kong handalihuang)and group(53, zhong 31),The strongest heterosis model was between group (53, Zhong 31)and group (E28,Zhonghuang64),followed by that between group (E28, Zhonghuang64 ),followed by that between group(478,5003,811)and group(53,Zhong31)as well as,group(E28,Zhonghuang64).But the heterosis seemed weakest between group (Mo17,81515, kanghandallhuang)and group (E28,Zhonghuang64)as well as group(478,5003,8112).
