The Advance on the Analysis of Amino Acids with Chemiluminescence Reaction

对氨基酸化学发光分析法的现状和发展趋势进行了评述，其中包括氨基酸的薄层色谱和高效液相色谱化学发光分析法的基本原理以及其化学发光检测器的设计及应用（包括基于过氧化草酸盐化学发光反应的检测器，基于鲁米诺化学发光反应的检测器以及基于酶催化反应的化学发光检测器等）。

In this paper,the development and tendency of analysis of amino acids with chemiluminescence(CL) reaction are reviewed. It covers the principle,design and applications of CL detectors for determination of amino acids(including detectors based on peroxyoxalate CL reaction,detectors based on luminol CL reaction, and detectors based on enzyme-catalysed reaction)with 27 references.
