摘要
运用计算机模拟技术对随机销量情况下的农机库存管理策略进行了大量的模拟与选优,并对模拟结果进行了回归分析,建立了针对随机销量情况下的库存管理决策模型。该模型使用方便,计算结果与模拟结果吻和较好。
During stock managment,lacking stock and overstock often result in decreasing sale profit and increasing storage expenses,therefore the manager should decide to order goods or not in time.How can we make the storage expenses lowest on condition that sales volume is random and the anyal time of goods is lag behind the subscriptive time.Although computer simulation is a feasible method to solve aforesaid problem,it is difficult to popularize computer simulation in ordinary agricultural machinery company because lacking specialized knowledge.In this paper,a simple stodk management model is given,first the optimum stock management way to deal with random sales of every goods is obtained by simulation and then regression equation based on the simulated date is received.In this equation,maximum daily sales,minimum daily sales, housing cost,order cost and lag of goods arrival are independent variable,safety stock volume and order goods are depedent variable.The calculation is satisfactory.
