干旱条件下乙烯利对小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文以盆栽方式研究了土壤干旱过程中,小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶(PEPCase)活性的变化及叶面喷施乙烯利(3.5×10-3mol/L)对该酶的影响。结果表明,在土壤干旱初期,小麦幼苗PEPCase活性逐渐升高,干旱2d后其活性急剧下降,复水后PEPCase活性继续下降,说明小麦幼苗受到严重的水分胁迫。喷乙烯利后,PEPCase活性上升减缓,下降加快,即乙烯利抑制了干旱条件下小麦幼苗PEPCase活性。同时乙烯利加速了叶绿素降解,使得丙二醛累积增加,说明乙烯利对提高小麦幼苗的抗旱性不利。 The effect of ethrel (3.5×10-3 mol/L) on phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCase)activity in wheat seedlings under soil drought stress was reported in this paper.At the early stage of soil drought, the activity of PEPCase was gradually increased, and then began to decrease markedly after two days of water stress,and kept decreasing after rewatering. The increasing of the activity of PEPCase was inhibited and the decreasing was promoted in wheat seedlings treated with ethrel. At the same time the decrease of the content of chlorophyll and the accumulation of the content of MDA were promoted in wheat treated with ethrel. These results showed that wheat seeedlings treated with ethrel had a disadvantage to drought resistance.
