摘要
试验明确了玉米大斑病、小斑病、圆斑病,小麦根腐病、赤霉病病菌毒素的基本特性,病原菌培养滤液的致病作用,制备方法,影响毒素作用的因素,稳定性以及评定毒素测定的生物测定方法,为保证毒素作用的隐定性,制定出了一套系统的规范化的毒素制备程序。
Some basic characteristics, pathogenic effect, preparation methods and factors affecting toxin production and bioassays of Helminthosporium twrcicum, H. maydis, H. carbonum, H. sativum and Fusarium graminearum have been studied and reviewed in this paper. The systematic procedure of preparing the pathotoxins indicated will lay a foundation to study other pathotoxins.
