摘要
选取迁西、遵化、迁安、青龙、玉田及承德等地的15个有代表性的安梨株系果实,进行果实感官性状描述。将果实贮存于自然冷室中,从贮藏前后果实中有机酸、可溶性固形物及维生素C等营养成分的变化入手,分析了株系间的差异,并对果实贮藏期间出汁率的变化进行了比较,同时,对果实贮藏期间的硬度变化、水分散失及果实腐烂率等贮藏性状进行了分析比较。结果证明,以青龙四安5号表现较突出,为安梨的选优提供了依据。
About 15 fine clones of Anli pear(Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim) were selected from easternYanshan Mountain including Qian′ an County,Zunhua City,Qianxi County,Qinglong Coun-ty,Yutian County and Chengde County.The fruit sense properties were described.Thefruits were stored in a natural cool cellar. From the change of nutritions,before and after thestorage,the diversity between the clones(organic acids.soluble solid materials and vitamineC)was determined. In addition,during the storage,the change of fruit bleeding, hardness,water dissipation and the putrifacttion percent was compared.The results suggested thatQing Long Si′an No5 is the best.
