畜禽预期综合选择指数制定原理及其应用研究

STUDY ON THE PRINCIPLE AND APPLICATION OF PREDICTED COMBINED SELECTION INDEX IN ANIMAL BREEDING

阐述了预期综合选择指数的制定原理，其中包括表型通径分析、遗传通径分析和表型遗传通径分析的原理；建立利用早期性状表型值预测晚期性状表型值和育种值以及利用早期性状育种值预测晚期性状育种值的“最优”回归方程的原理；利用预测的表型值和育种值分别制定预期表型值和预期育种值综合选择指数的原理；得出了预期育种值综合选择指数遗传进展的计算公式。制定了凉山４８～５０支半细毛羊母羊的预期综合选择指数。结果表明，预期表型值和预期育种值综合性选择指数的综合育种值进展量分别为独立淘汰法的１．２３０和１．４６４倍。研究结果提示；预期综合选择指数制定原理可用于畜禽早期选种工作中的研究，以提高早期选种的准确性和综合育种值进展量。

The principle,which included the principle of predicted phenotypic vale combined selec-tion index(PPI)and predicted breeding vale combined selection index(PAI),was discussed in this paper.The calculation formula of improvement of PAI was also given out.The PPI and PAI of Liangshan semi-wool sheep were also shown using the principle above.The results indicated that the combined breeding vale improvrment of PPI and PAI was 1.230 and 1.464 times compared with that of independent culling.The results also showed that the principle of combimed seletion index could be used in the study of early selection in other ani-mals′breeding.
