摘要
对多种用于常压下气相合成N-乙基苯胺催化剂的反应性能进行了研究,特别是对新型催化剂制备时的Cu/Zn原子配比、沉淀终点pH值及沉淀方法等因素与催化剂催化性能的关系进行了详细的研究,并考察了催化剂制备的重复性及催化性能的稳定性,最后确认该催化剂是制备重复性好、组成简单、性能稳定的高活性、高选择性催化剂。
This paper makes a study of the reactive characteristic of some kinds of catalyst using in normal atmosphere for synthetic N-ethylaniline in vapor phase, especially the factors such as Cu, Zn ratio, pH value of precipitating end point and precipitating methods relating to foe characteristic of catalyst are studied in detail. And we detect the repeability in preparing catalyst and the stability of catalyst characteristic. At last we affirm the catalyst is high in activity and selecivity which repeats in preparation, and has simple composition and stable charateristics.
