摘要
本文在对机车车轴裂损情况进行分析的基础上,对其规律通过教学的基本假定利用灰色数学方法,找出裂纹衰减变化的数学规律,并建立起裂纹衰减与裂纹深度关系的缺陷反射数学模型。同时找到了系统的饱和状态点。从检验和实际验证角度说明这个模型是一个很好的模型。
This paper analysed physical characters for locomotive axle cracking, built grey nonlinear mode and defect reflection function for the relation between attenuation and deep of the locomotive axle crackle with basic mathematical hypothesis. This paper also discussed characters, solution and factors estimation for this differential equation. At the sametime, found out saturation regularity of the crackle, indicated a suitable range to determine the crackle with wave height.
