Practice and Reflection of "3+1" Teaching Programme in Specialized Chemical Education in Normal University

结合河北师范大学化学专业教学计划的修订，阐述了修订教学计划的指导思想．介绍了“３＋１”教学计划的实践探索，并就教学计划的具体实施，谈了一些体会和思考意见．

Based on the reformation of teaching program for chemistry in Hebei Normal University,it states the way how to reform the teaching program,and it introduces the practice of '3+1' teaching system. In addition,it provides the author's own opinion and experience on applying the new system.
