水分胁迫下冬小麦幼苗内源细胞分裂素类型的变化（简报）

The Variations of Difference Cytokinin Types in Winter, Wheat Seedling under Water Stress

本文研究了水分胁迫下冬小麦幼苗ＣＴＫ类型的变化。结果表明。在品种太原６３３根中均含有所测的ＺＲ，Ｚ和ＤＨＺ３种ＣＴＫ。其中Ｚ含量最高，水分胁迫时波动较大，而ＺＲ和ＤＨＺ含量较少，且波动较小，在太原６３３叶片中只含有Ｚ和ＺＲ，未测到ＤＨＺ存在，且二者波动变化基本一致。

In this thesis,we studied the variations of difference cytokinin types in winter wheat seedling tinder water stress. The results indicated that three types of cytokinins were determined in Taiyuan 633 roots, they were zeatinride, zeatin and dihydrozeatin, and zeatin was the highest but zeatinride and dihydrozeatin had less in content. Zeatin fluctuated more severe than zeatinride and dihydrozeatin. But only zeatin and zeatinride were determined in Taiyuan 633 leaves. There was no dihydrozeatin, and the fluctuating variations of zeatin and zeatinride were the same.
